It's very simple. For £100 a month you gain access to a professional designer on tap to complete day to day tasks, without the barrier of having a full time staff on the payroll. Once you subscribe, each month you are given x5 Design Tokens.

Every month you get x5 Design Tokens which can be redeemed on a variety of design tasks as you see fit! Tokens can be redeemed by one company, individual or organization on the subscription plan but can't be gifted or shared.

Jobs that takes 30 minutes and under. We will let you know if you're stretching the friendship but for example, I can:
Install & update a plugin on your website •
Crop or Filter that perfect image for your blog •
Create a graphic to post on social media •
Add a new section to your website •
Manipulate or edit a photo •
Create a banner or profile picture for social media •
Take a call about marketing or SEO advice •

If you need me to work on something more complex you can spend multiple tokens at once.

Things that are technically more complicated like:
development of a website, creation of stationery, design of logos. We can do all of these of course, but on a fixed fee basis. Just contact info@design-hero.com to arrange a quote!

At the end of the month your remaining tokens will expire and you will be replenished with another 5 tokens so be sure to redeem them before the last day of the month!

you can cancel your subscription one month in advance at any time.

Our monthly service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees.
