All design work to be quoted for prior to work commencing.

Design Hero reserves the right to amend fees for any additional hours beyond the original scope of the project.
Any additional design services are to be discussed with all parties and quoted for before commencing.
Revisions/feedback will only be accepted in typed form.
Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by Design Hero on behalf of the customer, will remain the property of Design Hero unless otherwise agreed in writing. A licence for use of the copyright material is granted to the customer solely for the project defined in the scope or request and not for any other purpose.
Design Hero reserves the right to credit design services including links to www.designhero.com
It is understood that the Client is legally responsible for all project content (including, but not limited to, text and images) and by supplying text, images and other data to Design Hero for inclusion in the customer's website or other medium, the client declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the customer, or rightful copyright or trademark owner. The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold Design Hero free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the customer in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions.
Design Hero can take no responsibility for services provided by third parties through us or otherwise, including the hosting of the Client's website, Design Hero will endeavour to ensure that Website downtime is kept to a minimum.
Design Hero takes no responsibility for the functionality or maintenance of the Website after the Work has been completed, however a maintenance agreement can be arranged for updates and amendments.
Errors (both technical and typographical) attributable to Design Hero will be corrected free of charge.
Design Hero reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for correction of errors for which Design Hero is not responsible, including, but not limited to malicious modification of the Website by a third party and typographical errors contained in materials provided to Design Hero by the client.
Design Hero's liability will be limited to replacement of any defective works.
Design Hero will not be held responsible for any consequential damages resulting from errors in the work.
Design Hero will not be held responsible for any legal difficulties resulting from content supplied by the client including photography and text.
