ArtsQwest is a social enterprise in Arts management and promotion based in Argyll & Bute, but catering to students in Greenock, Gourock, Largs, Port Glasgow and many other locales. ArtsQwest offers specialist management services to the Performing Arts and Education Sectors including data management and administrative back-up.
Design Hero was asked by ArtsQwest to design a corporate identity from scratch for this new social venture in Argyll & Bute. The brand had to appeal to young people from both Argyll & Bute and from places such as Greenock and Gourock and Port Glasgow in Inverclyde
ArtsQwest wanted to present a sophisticated and refined personality, while also looking to show it's artistic nature. The logo is typography based, with a stylized Q influenced by artistic forms and the landscape of Argyll & Bute where mountains meet the sea.
The Website was to be minimal and tasteful, in line with the ArtsQwest brand image, while highlighting exciting musical events in Argyll & Bute and Inverclyde. Design hero was asked to promote the benefits of joining ArtsQwest and encourage membership and designed the website accordingly to appeal to local users.
